  • • AS AN ENERGY DRINK –

     

    Mix 1 scoop (25g) with 250ml water and consume every 30-60 minutes

     

    • CARBO LOADING –

     

    Mix 1 scoop (25g) with 250ml water and consume 4 times daily, 2 days before the event.

     

    • RECOVERY –

     

    Mix 1 scoop (25g) with 250ml of water and take 10-15 minutes after exercise.

     

    Consume 10 glasses of water daily for good health.

     

    Use 30-45 minutes before workout. As a pre-workout powder it was designed to improve muscle performance & recovery between sets. Engineered to increase energy and get you focused while you train.

     

    Use immediately AFTER workout to maximize recovery and increase strength.

     

    NOTE: This product is sold by weight, so some settling may occur. Shake the container before use.
